Air Arabia offers rebooking as flights restart from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah

Destinations include Pakistan, India, Egypt and Thailand

SHARJAH – Low-cost carrier Air Arabia has resumed operating a limited number of flights to and from the UAE as aviation activity across the region gradually stabilises.

The airline confirmed that flights are currently operating subject to operational and regulatory approvals.

Passengers planning to travel are advised to confirm their booking before heading to the airport and check the latest flight updates through the airline’s official channels.

Air Arabia services are operating from hubs in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.

Destinations served

Between March 6 and March 22, the airline is operating flights to a number of international destinations across Asia, Africa and Europe.

The network includes routes to Vienna in Austria, Athens in Greece, Milan Bergamo in Italy and Istanbul and Trabzon in Turkey.

Flights are also operating to several cities across South Asia and the Middle East, including Dhaka and Chittagong in Bangladesh, Amman in Jordan and Kathmandu in Nepal.

In Africa, the airline has resumed services to Addis Ababa in Ethiopia, Nairobi in Kenya and Entebbe in Uganda.

Pakistan and India routes

Air Arabia is also operating several routes between the UAE and Pakistan. These include flights to Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot and Quetta.

In India, destinations include Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kozhikode, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Kochi, Delhi, Goa, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Chennai, Nagpur and Thiruvananthapuram.

Additional flights are also operating to Colombo in Sri Lanka and Bangkok in Thailand.

Options for passengers

Passengers whose flights were previously cancelled may rebook their travel if they have not yet used their modification or refund option.

Air Arabia confirmed that travellers affected by cancellations are eligible for one of three options: a free date change within 30 days, a full credit voucher or a full refund to the original form of payment.

Bookings made directly through the airline’s website or mobile app can be modified online through the “Manage Booking” section.

Passengers who booked through travel agents are advised to contact their agent directly for assistance with rebooking or refund requests.

The airline has also urged customers to keep their contact information updated in order to receive important notifications about flight schedules.
